  • Plenary Sessions (lectures of invited speakers up to 30 min)
  • Sectional Sessions (the time of an oral presentation up to 10 minutes)
  • Poster Sessions / Presentations (time of the presentation of reports up to 5 minutes)
  • Discussion Session/ Panel (introduction to the discussion up to 20 minutes)

LANGUAGE
The official language of the Conference is English

  • oral presentations - English (without any translation).
  • poster presentations - English or Polish language is possible.

TRANSLATION

  • In the plenary session the presentation of lectures in English (Polish translation).
  • Discussion panel in Polish (English translation)

ORAL PRESENTATION
Each participant may prepare no more than 2 presentations as a first author. Time of an oral presentation may be not longer than 10 minutes.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Projectors and computers with necessary software will be available in the conference rooms.

PREPARATION OF ORAL PRESENTATION
The files with the presentations should be delivered to a person responsible for technical support 15 minutes before the sessions beginning.
If the participants want to use their own computers, then they have to check its compability with the projector in the lectures room the day before the presentation.

POSTER PRESENTATION
Poster size – height: 1,4 m, width: 0,7 m. Posters should be readable from the distance of 2,5 m and should be prepared in accordance with abstract scheme pattern.

PREPARATION OF POSTER PRESENTATION
Posters will be exhibited during the whole time of the Conference in the main hall of the University and divided into proper thematic sections. The posters should be placed in the appropriate places according to the their numbers.
Authors are expected to be at their poster when its session is scheduled.
The posters will be assessed by special Commission chosen by Scientific Committee in order to award the prize for the best poster presentation.
